For the past seventeen years I have maintained a consulting practice focusing on the areas of financial management, analysis, modeling and projections for the purposes of acquiring financing, planning operations, cash management and budgeting. I work with private companies, First Nations groups, individuals, non-profits and community organizations to prepare business plans, feasibility studies, scenario analysis and government proposals. I offer financial administration and investment management services for private and corporate clients, and prepare financial projections based on different economic scenarios and management strategies.

This position involved comprehensive financial management and accounting services, mandatory signing authority on all bank and loan accounts, cash flow planning to ensure more than 80 programs were simultaneously run according to funding terms and approved budgets. As the primary representative for the band with outside sources such as banks, government, vendors and organizations, I provided oversight of more than 100 staff, community relations, ongoing feedback and reporting to Chief and Council. In this position I worked with local Program Managers on-reserve, providing financial management and oversight of the following programs:
